Opening a White Light Portal for the Lost Ones

Yesterday, my cousin Lily sent me an urgent message. She lives in Florida, so she's quite far from me physically. She blew up my phone talking about a woman in her apartment with a skirt flowing behind her. She said it looked like one of those hippie gypsy long skirts that was knotted. Once Lily had noticed her, the woman ran towards her and it freaked her out. Lily is natural able to see spirits that are stuck and have not crossed over yet. They like to make themselves known to Lily because she is the Light and they are drawn to that.
